Jason Paddock, Lead Consultant & Founder
Jason’s passion for connecting creative works with audiences comes through in his coaching and advising.
Since 1996, Jason has worked in the performing arts and concert industries, playing an important role in the growth and success of many of the northeast’s finest performing arts centers and companies.
Jason is currently the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at George Street Playhouse, the renowned producing theater company in New Brunswick, NJ. He is the senior executive charged with leading the Marketing, Patron Services/Box Office, and Public Relations teams at the award-winning regional theater.
He previously served as Senior Director of Marketing at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark, NJ, the state’s anchor cultural institution and one of the region’s largest arts presenters.
Previously, he was Director of Event Marketing at State Theatre New Jersey in New Brunswick, where we was instrumental in the creation of the center’s Broadway series, which has come to define the venue’s programming.
He has also been a booking agent for Grammy and Pulitzer prize-winning artists, event producer, and held numerous positions in venue operations.
